Hard_Rain_Tony_HoaglandHard Rain by Tony Hoagland is Number 1 for a second week on the UK Chapbook Chart. Hoagland also appears with a re-entry at No.10 with Don’t Tell Anyone and drummer Carole Bulewski comes back into the Top Ten with Over The Skin at No.9.  Sampson Low Ltd remain the top publisher with 5 entries.
